Our PCD material is madeby GE of USA (Grade #1300, 1600, 1800), ILJIN (Grade CM, CC, CXL, W, etc) of Korea,or DEBARESS of UK (CTC002, CTB002, CTB010, CTH025). CBN is made in GE of USA(6000, 8000, 8001, 8200), or ILJIN in Korea. We can make inserts as percustomers design including PCD/CBN materials. Also the flux material is made inGermany.Several industrial tool distributors in USA& Canadaare buying PCD/CBN inserts from us, and confirmed our quality meets therequirement well in heavy industrial fields. We have 5 sets High-tech diskerosion machines for PCD grinding, which are made in Germany -- VOLLMER QMECO. Usuallythe leading time is 4-6 weeks for customer designs. It is only 2-3 weeks forthe standard inserts. If you can release a blanket order, we can do better.
