Manufacture of our entire high performance pipeline cleaning and testing pigs takes place by means of state of the art polyurethane casting and foaming machines on 3 locations in The Netherlands.
All used polyurethanes for the manufacture of the polyurethane components are designed in house and batch wise quality checked by our own chemists by use of latest developments of testing equipment.
Our pipeline pigging programme consist the manufacture of poly foam pigs, decoking pigs, mechanical pigs, mono- directional pigs fitted with standard scraper cups and conical cups, Bi-directional pigs fitted with soft sealing discs, hard guiding discs and the manufacture of custom made pigs.
Our poly pig supply programme is in use in industrial (oil and gas) and municipal (water) environments such as pipeline operators, cleaning / testing companies, pipeline contractors.
Referred poly foam pigs are supplied in a range starting at 1 (25mm) up to 100 (2500mm).
Polyurethane soft foams for drying and line testing purposes, medium and hard bare foam for drying, criss cross coated pigs for cleaning, wire brush and silica strapped poly foam pigs for scraping.
For heavy cleaning operations we supply maxi brush (power brush) poly foam pigs, which are circumferential equipped with flame hardened metal wire brushes available in different grades.
Beside our poly foam pigs we manufacture in the same category pigs our high performance decoking pigs which are flexible, durable and in use by specialised industrial service companies for the process of decoking of fired heater tubes.
Our decoking pigs available in sizes from 1 (25mm) upt o 12 (315mm) are equipped with a studded scraper section which is in relation to the inner condition of the fired heater to be cleaned.
Our mechanical pig programme mono- directional models with standard scraper cups or conical cups are available in sizes starting 4 (100mm) up to 56 (1400mm).
Pig bodies are manufactured from steel, and coated with anti corrosion paint.
Mechanical pigs are available in many configurations such as separation, batching, testing, cleaning and gauging.
Our mechanical pig programme bi- directional models starts as our mono-directional pigs at 4 (100mm) however up to 60 (1500mm).
Referred pigs are supplied with contracting/operating soft sealing discs in combination with hard guiding discs.
Additional we may inform that above mentioned pigs can be supplied with brushes, gauging plate and/or magnets.
Bi- directional pigs are used in most known applications such as testing, filling and de- watering.
Additional to our mechanical pigging programme we supply in size from 4 (100mm) up to 24 (600mm) flexible pigs from which the metal body is replaced by a polyurethane body which means less weight of the entire pig and in due respect easier handling by the operators.
Referred pig body is available with pipeline discs, standard, soft sealing and hard guiding for bi- directional purposes and standard scraper cups.
Last but not least we manufacture / design in corporation with our customers special job for job engineered pigs.
In respect of this we would like to point out our bi- directional cleaning pig fitted with stud discs for removal of hard layers and / or lines with sticky paraffin (last in combination with chemicals).
Referred pig is developed in corporation with one of our long term customers and became now one of our standards.
