He is the leader of the company, is the person that verifies that the work in the company is going well and that every employee is doing a well done job, always respecting the policies and objectives of the company.
This person has a leading attitude and knows how to make the company function in a good way.
Production (Eli Barron)
This is the person that is in charge of all the creative sector of the company, this person has to be very creative and have very innovative and good ideas in order for the company to grow and re invent itself every time.
This job is very important because we cant let that our company stay in the past forever while other companies move on, so we got to improve ourselves to be at the modern times. He is in charged of all the production of strawberries and all of the liquor production.
Human Resources (Marco Torres)
He is the person that is in charge of monitoring all of the employees in the company. This person is in charged of making sure that all the employees are happy and doing their job with a lot of effort. This is a very important job because a happy employee work better and that means a better productivity for the company and also more winnings.
The person that is in charge of this job has to be good when managing with people; he has to make sure that the people that are hired for the job know how to do it step by step, in order for the company to function perfectly. He also has to be good in public relationships and has to motivate the employees in order to keep them working on a 100%.
Finance and Accounting: (Eduardo Meneses)
This is the person that is in charged of all the winnings and losses that go in and out of the company. This job is important because the money is one of the basic things that keep a company functioning well, because when there is many money spent but nothing won, then the company is not functioning well, because the investment wasnt either good or intelligent.
The person in charged of this job has to be good with numbers because the company needs to have a good count of their finances in order to know how much money it can spend and also the company needs a little bit more of work to get more economic resources.
Marketing (Francois Viguerias)
He is the person in charge of all actions of marketing of the company and our products.
He is in charge of making sure that the population know our product and make it attractive for them. The marketing is very important because thats the way that we give the population to know our product and after that to buy it; he is in charged of managing all of the publicity in the company.
The person that is in charged of this job has to be very creative in order to come up with good ideas to get the people to know our product.
This person needs to have an excellent knowledge of the outside market, doing the marketing research, and also he is the person that is hired for selling our product to open crowd and to all of the stores that want to sell our product in a massive quantity. He is in charged of publicity and of providing our product/service to any other company that wants to sell our product.
Motivation in our enterprise:
Should be a raise or a better health treatment to the one employee that efforts the most and works the best for the good of the company, and that raises the earnings. Also we think that there should be prizes and economic compensations to the employee of the month, and give enough vacations for all of the employees that need it to spend with our families, because our employees are the basis of our company, and without them, we wouldnt be a great company.
