The 2Nm Nano Wheel¹ from PML Flightlink incorporates high power NdFeB Magnets and integrated drive electronics into a slim line wheel package only 36mm deep.

The Design is based around the Hub style of motor with Radial Air gap and rotating permanent magnet outer rotor.  The wound stator stays stationary in the centre of the wheel with the Drive electronics and lead wires.  The rotor and stator are made from high impact ABS plastic which offers an excellent surface finish as well as the durability to withstand even the toughest application.

The Nano Wheel¹ incorporates 12V drive electronics which can be pushed to higher voltages to achieve higher speeds dependant on the customers application.  The Electronics have passed UK EMC regulations and are potted to ensure they cannot be damaged by water and dust ingress.

The Technology is expandable and high volume customer can have custom colors, materials, stack lengths and tyre details.  All motors are supplied with blank stator plates which can carry customers personalized Logos.

The technology is designed and developed in the UK by PML Flightlink and is built in Hong Kong to ensure PML can offer our customers low cost quality products which can be shipped straight to customers production facilities around the World.
