.the Adjustment of Hydrogen Pressure and Refiner Fluid :

1. Fix the baffle and material pushing board to a fixed value (its 5mm when leaving factory)

2. Open the lid, add 6kg of the refiner(3bags)

3. Cover the lid and screw down.

4. Open the value of the low pressure meter, open the adjustment value, and open the

    hydrogen low-pressure meter. Turn on the adjustment value, make the pressure meter

    which is connected with the tank pressure of 0.5Mpa,the hydrogen will be come out of

    the tank tube without let.

5. Connect the power supply, the red light lights; turn on the switch, the green light lights.

6. Put the tube of refining flux into the melt, the height of melt should be around 150mm.If

the height is too high, turn the adjustment valve to play down the pressure; if the height is

too low ,turn the adjustment to enhance the pressure. When the height is suitable, record

the figure of pressure meter. In the using process thereafter, the pressure meter connected with the tank has to be opened all the time, to adjust slightly.

7.To calculate the runoff of the flux by the time needed to inject the 6kg flux,to calculate the

    quantity needed by the aluminum inclusion in the furnace, and judge by the time to

    determine the suitable space between the baffle and the material pushing board.

8. screw off the four screws and plane the tank. Adjust the distance of the material pushing

    board and baffle, and record the distance, to install the tank again.

9. to weigh 6kg flux again, to inject the flux into the tank with the help of determined

pressure, and fix the distance for the next time using.

.Operation

1.Open the lid of tank, to add in the proportion of 1.5kg/MTAl.To add the required flux into the tank.

2.Cover the lid and screw down.

3.Turn on the hydrogen, turn the adjust valve slightly to make it to the required value.

There should be hydrogen come out of the tube.

4.Connect the power supply, the red light lights, turn on the switch, the green-light lights.

5.Put the tube of flux into the melt, to mix while injecting until they are totally spurt out,

cut down the power supply.

6.Continue to connect through the hydrogen for 1-2minutes,take out the refining tube, stop

supplying the hydrogen.

. Remarks

1.Position the refiner and shorten the distance with the furnace to reduce the loss.

2.Dont move the refiner after put the flux into the tank, so that to avoid the jam-up.

3.When storing and using, avoid to bend the tube which will form the jam-up.

4.In the refining processing, its strictly forbidden the refining tuve touches the bottom

of furnace and the furnace wall which will also form the jam-up.

5.When the flux attempted with damp, the jam-up will come into being, dry and sift out

the flux before using.

6.Clean the refining tube before using to make sure the tube is expedite.

.Pre-hand:

1.Install the pressure meter(decompression),connect the pressure meter with the refiner by

the compression resistance tube.

2.Prepare a refining tube, length is about 3-6m,and diameter is 0.5-1minute.

machining:

1.Put the flux into the refiner and turn the lid tightly.

2.Open the pressure meter, when the hydrogen is sprayed out of the refining tube, control

the fluid to the determined position, to insert the tube into the melt when the flux is sprayed out of the tube.

3.When the refining is over, to put the refining tube out of the melt, put through the hydrogen

for 0.5-1minutes,turn off the gas switch.

Remarks:

1.Put the flux into the material storing tank.

2.Turn on the switch of pressure meter first, when the gas is expedite turn on the fluid

controlling valve then.

3.The refining time is to be determined by the furnace, the shortest time is no less than 10

Minutes, 10-15minutes is quite common. During the time of refining, the flux should be injected into the melt totally, not too early, not too late. That requires to find the suitable opening position of the fluid controlling valve.

4.If you dont use the refiner for a long time, the tank should be cleaned thoroughly, to screw

the cover tightly.

5.In normal circumstances, the pressure should be 0.10-0.15Mpa,the highest shouldnt be

0.25Mpa (to be determined by the depth of the liquid aluminum), stop working if the figure is abnormity, and find out the reason.

6.When refining, its strictly forbidden to make the refining tube connect the furnace which

will cause the jam-up. When stops, to turn off the valve of tank, then turn off the valve of gas.
