None Melt Grease With Ester Blend

Non-melt, extreme high temperature lubricating grease formulated with high quality synthetic ester base oil, fortified with special polymer and proprietary solid lubricant, all in an inorganic thickener system. Resistance to softening, able to retain its consistency) at high temperatures, and it will not bleed. Synthetic ester base oil withstands high temperatures and provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability. Special polymers additives allow it to stay in place. Contains a major base fluid with high viscosity for good load carrying capability and it is fortified with proprietary solid lubricants. Excellent shelf life as compare to conventional greases. This product is specially treated so that it contains no solvents or unpleasant odor. Recommended for medium-to-large, low-speed bearings at consistence high temperature applications with frequent re-lubrication for the best result. Use in rolling and strip mills, Banburry mixers, jaw crushers, kiln cars, drying ovens, steel mills, aluminum extrusion, glass manufacturing and cement plants where conventional soap-thickened greases having problem with high temperature applications.
