Rustex-21 Rust Convertor

RustEx-21^TM  is a water-based organic copolymer latex solutions which chemically converts rusted surfaces to a black non tacky layer in around 30 minutes. This layer gives underlying surface complete protection against further corrosion and can be coated with most commercially available paints.

The permeability factors are extreme and in the ASTM standards B 117 Salt Spray Test no rust appeared after 2000 hours over-coated with RustEx-21^TM  top-coat.
