I can not provide upfront proof because I do not have strong relationship with the end seller but if can you sign NCND in the following manner we can make the transaction transperent

In Malaysia - the product delivered is conformed to PORAM spec, so get the spec online and don;t ask for COA etc.
The seller is quasi govt organization - so the buyer ends up working with the worlds largest palm oil producer.
After signing the contract, before you open L/C we can provide a path to product verification.
Our price is USD 610 /MT on CIF basis. we are group of three agents and our commisons USD $10 - No negotiations on price or terms and conditions, but we will try to get 5 to 15% discount against the index depending on the buyer and volume purchased.
