De La Salle Medical Center is the hospital nearest to Chester Place, a clear advantage for our distinct clientele. This hospital promises quality health care services, modern facility, access to state-of-the art equipment, special consultant, credit line, outright in-patient and out-patient services, personalized assistance. With this industrial clinic, our clients can be accommodated in the shortest time.

For Resident Retirees needing nursing care, De La Salle Medical Center will provide a pool of nursing assistant applicants who are ready to serve based on agreed terms and conditions.

A Chester Place Resident Retiree shall be entitled to P50,000 worth of medical service package, free of charge. Only charges in excess of P50,000 will be for the account of the retiree. The free medical benefits can be enjoyed by the retiree in De La Salle Medical Center at any time during his stay at Chester Place.

CHESTER CLUB
A Chester Place Resident Retiree who is registered with PRA will be provided with a privilege card (a plastic card issued wherein a control number, name, address, birth date, contact number in case of emergency, are written). This card will entitle the Resident Retiree the use of facilities of La Salle, Kalipayan, and later on, other facilities.

Terms and Conditions for House and Lot Packages
A. Lease of Lot

Lease Period                   50 years

Automatic Extension        25 years

Total                               75 years

Security Deposit (SD) of Php 500,000 for Chester Place payable on one lump sum shall earn interest at 1% monthly.
Rental shall be paid out of the interest on S.D., which is Php 5,000 per month fixed for 75 years.
Leasehold rights are assignable or transferable to any individual or heir.
During the life of lease contract, the house owner has the right to demolish, renovate or construct new house on the leased property.

B. Sale of House
Selling Price ranging from P1 million to P1.5 million is payable in cash or in two equal monthly payments without interest.
