Door Leaf Covered with Veneered MDF
1. Door frame and leaf are made of 1.5 mmcold rolled steel sheet.
2. 6 point mono lock system. Hookstyle lock or 14 point central lock system can be used upon demand.
3. 7 cmdoor leaf width. Built in locks are strengthened inside door leaf with steelrosette.
4. Metal parts on door frame andleaf electrostatic painted.
5. 10 mm veneered MDF with carving ondoor leaf.
6. 3 pieces of U style reinforcementsteel sheet used inside door leaf.
7. Standard yellow accessories are used. Optionalsatin or chrome accessories are used upon demand.
8. Adjustabledoor frame is used.
9. 3 pieces of lubricatable 20 mm hingesare used in all doors. 4 security pins are used between hinges as well.
10. Inside of the door frame paintedwith electrostatic paint against corrosion.
11. Rubber seal is used for soundand dust insulation on door frame.
12. Accessories are packedseparately.
13. Doors in this series are packed with aeratednylon and cartoon.
