There are currently five different types of units available for purchase at Veranda:
Studios
Studios come in two different sizes - 42m2 units and 46m2 units. The larger sized units come with large roof terraces which are reached through a private staircase.
Julietta
Julietta is a 67m2 one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment with views of internal courtyards with swimming pools and gardens.
Alexandra
Alexandra is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment, and is approximately 110m2. Some of these apartments look onto internal courtyards with swimming pools and gardens. Others face the lagoons where buyers can benefit from having their own pool as a part of the lagoon.
Isabella
The Isabella townhouse is 190m2 arranged over three floors with three bedrooms, two full-sized bathroom and a guest toilet downstairs. It has a light and airy living room that looks over the apartment's private garden. Some of the apartments have a view of the golf course and others have a view of the lagoons. Some of the apartments also have the option of a private pool.
Sophia
Villa Sophia is 243m2 and is arranged over three floors with magnificent views of the adjacent golf course.
The main living room looks onto your private garden where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with your friends and family.
You also have the option to have your own private pool. Villa Sophia comprises four bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
There is also a small living room on the first floor which could be used as a fifth bedroom.
Completion
Construction on Veranda at Sahl Hasheesh started in March 2008. Completion of all of the resort's facilities together with the first three phases of the project (including Phase C which is the phase currently being sold) is due by end 2010.
Completion of the final three phases is due by mid-2012.
Payment Schedule
Two different payment plans are available for Veranda:
Option A
* 10% reservation fee (fully refundable).
* 15% upon signing contract
* 75% in 15 equal installments of 5% spread over the lifetime of the project build.
Option B
* GBP2000 reservation fee (fully refundable)
* 25% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee)
* 25% six months after signature of contract
* 50% upon completion
An extra 5% payment is due on completion to cover lifetime maintenance fees. This is fully refunded upon sale of the unit.
