1: Buyer/Buyers mandate issues soft LOI to after NCND signed the name will be delivered

2: Seller verifies Buyer

3: Seller issues Soft-Offer

4: Buyer signs Soft-Offer, returns and provides ICPO with Banking

Co-ordinates and soft probe authorization.

5: Seller verifies Buyers funds via Bank to Bank

6 : On verification of funds the buyer gets their allocation with there NAME on the

commodity along with the lifting schedule directly from MOE, (Ministry of Energy)

Moscow Russia or OPEC Vienna. The buyer may verify y their allocation prior to the

signing of the major/MOE (Ministry of Energy) contract .

7: On the buyers satisfaction the sellers issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer) and will deploy one

of the groups business liaison officers to meet physically with the buyer where possible.

8: The major contract used by OPEC Vienna /MOE (Ministry of Energy) Moscow will be signed

by the buyer and the seller. Shipping and insurance contracts to be concluded separately but at the same time of signing the full contract.

9: Shipment will take place.

We sell all our oil commodities on Platt the way that oil should be sold. We do not sell oil on fixed rate pricing , consider this the price of oil changes daily so how is it possible for us to give you a fixed price for a term contract? Buyers that are asking for this are NOT SERIOUS.
