I'm a seller rep and we are able to sell any petroleum products aswell as LPG & LNG but we just sell our products on our procedureonly which must any buyer willing and ready to follow it and it's asfollowing:-

1- Buyer/buyer mandate issue soft LOI

2- Seller verifies buyer.

3- Seller issue soft offer.

4- Buyer signs soft offer, returns issues LOI and provides banking co-ordinates.

5- Seller verifies buyer's funds via bank to bank.

6-On verification of funds, the buyer gets their allocation with liftingschedule directly from OPEC Vienna /MOE Moscow Russia. The buyer mayverify thier allocation prior to the signing of the major OPEC/MOEcontract.

7- On buyer's satisfaction, seller seller issues FCO.

8- The major contract OPEC/MOE will be signed by the buyer and the seller.

9- Shipment will take place.
