  2) FCO or Draft Contract. NCND and IMFPA
  3) Contract
  4) Buyers POF against Sellers POP
  5) MT 799 conditional
  6) Transfer Title
  7) Payment

Payment Conditions: Irrevocable, confirmed  RDL/C, covering cost one month delivery
