Natural Fruit Juice Turn Key Production Plant

Fruit juices are made from fruit pulp.

Artificial sugar may or may not be added to the juice extracted.

The sugar syrup is prepared first in duplex Jacketed mixing tank

and then it is mixed with fruit pulp, water alone with other

ingredients like flavor, color, preservatives etc. in the other mixing tank.

This mixture is pasteurized to remove any microbial growth from it and

later on homogenized to prepare a uniform blend of juice. Uniformly

blended juice is then packed in Bottles.

We offer nature fruit juice plant on Turn-Key basis.

Our plant includes DRINK-TEK production technology and systems

and RATIO-PET and RATIO-PAK machines for full treatment juice

to filling and packing in bottles incl. the PET bottle blowing machine

technology.

Machines involved in Fruit juice Plant are:

RATIO-INOX: Production step 1

Sugar Syrup preparation Tank (duplex jacketed for heating)                           

to prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit pulp.

RATIO-INOX: Production step 2                          

Pulp Storage Tank (standard Jacketed) to store the Fruit                               

pulp extracted from the fruit.

RATIO-PUR: Product filtration step 3

Inox Particle Filter alternator Ceramic Platte Filter to remove                         

impurities from sugar syrup.

RATIO-INOX: Production step 4

Mixing Tank to mix the sugar syrup and fruit pulp for                          

pasteurization (standard Jacketed).

RATIO-THERM: Pasteurizer sterilisation step 5

Pasteurizer to pasteurize the sugar syrup and fruit pulp                                               

mixture to remove any microbiological growth from it.

(Platte exchanger system to heat up to a very high                                          

temperature and then rapidly cooling down)

RATIO-MIX: Homogenizer step 6

Homogenizer, to mix the pasteurized mixture of sugar syrup                            

and fruit pulp and give it a uniform blend.

RATIO-INOX: Production step 7

Storage Tank, (standard Jacketed) to store, the uniformly                              

blended final natural juice product, before packing.

AQUA-PLUS: Product water filtration

Micro filtration and RO filtration for a top product quality

Fruit Juice can be packed in PET Bottles and Glass Bottles.
