I can design to your specifications or propose design ideas to meet your needs using Unigraphics NX5 - 3D and 2D Computer Aided Design and Drafting methods.
I can quickly create a 3D model to help visualize the concept and then manufacture a prototype. This will allow the product to take shape quickly in order that the final design be solidified and brought to market.
Rapid Prototyping is my specialty. If a 3D model can be made of the product, then a fully functional prototype part can be made within days. Usually made from plastic, the prototype parts can be fitted with motors and batteries or machined, drilled tapped and painted in order that a fully functioning prototype can be shown to prospective investors, manufacturers or buyers.
I can also create moving mechanisms of assemblies in order that any bugs be worked out of them before any physical parts are made. This saves time and money. Exploded views with labelling can be made in order to create instructions for assembly.
