This exhaust manifold is suited to the toyota 1jz-gte engine, popular in early model toyota supras and soarers. It is a single turbo exhaust manifold to convert from the more normal twin-turbo systems. This exhaust manifold will not function on late model 1jz engines with vvti. These exhaust manifolds are manufactured from 304 stainless steel and feature mild steel flanges for resistance to warping under high temperature situations. All welds are tig for durability. Primary runner piping is 38mm and wastegate piping is an extra large 50mm to ensure sufficient volume for exhaust gas bypass. We offer a standard 50mm wastegate flange on the wastegate pipe to bolt up to regular 4-bolt wastegate flanges. For the turbo flange we offer t2, t3 and t4. For the t4 they are a full split-pulse design, for the t3 the flange is physically small for this, but we can compensate on the collector by separating the exhaust flow. Tested under high horsepower conditions over 800 HP without problem.
