  Stainless steel polished construction for the stirrer blades, scraper arm and tub.
• Provided with two blades with stepless speed planetary motion and scraper arm for obtaining completely homogenous products even with high viscosity pastes.
• Specially designed butterfly shaped blade with stepless speed drive and high efficiency for mixing medium viscosity products.
• Central high speed shaft equipped with a dispersing impeller for obtaining grain size reduction as well as for improving process time.
• The hood is reinforced and provided with a vacuum gauge and seals for vacuum mixing.
• The vessel is lifted by means of mechanical hand operated device for anchoring the vessel in the correct position as well as for airtight sealing.
• MACHINE STRUCTURE
  Made of welded steel plate, the frame is closed and all standard and driving elements are housed inside of it.
• TOP HEAD PARTS
  Solid with the machine structure, the top head is equipped with a closing hood fitted with a feeding hopper, sight glass and lamp for watching the process. The hood is reinforced and provided with a vacuum gauge and seals for vacuum mixing.
• LIFTING MECHANISM
  The vessel is lifted by means of a mechanical hand operated device for anchoring the vessel in the correct position as well as for airtight sealing
• MIXING CAN
  Made of stainless steel and reinforced for vacuum operation, the cans are on request delivered envelope, eletrical heating resistors and temperature gauge.

 **Creating Ultra-Fine Kneading-Mixing Mechanism and Planetary Kneading & Mixing Mechanism:

• The vertically mounted mixing blades move in a circular direction following the movement of the planetary box and at the same time they rotate on their stafts at high speed.
• They are also fitted with horizontal blades, mounted helically in alternate positions, so that they transmit both vertical and horizontal motion to the product
• The mixing blades are removable and easily changed since they are secured to their shafts by a pin attachment.
• The mixiers with capacities up to 500 litres have two blades, and from 700 litres upwards they are equipped with three blades.
• The conception of the machine, being free of seals in contact with the product, and the use of specially designed seals enable the vacuum prepared mixers to obtain negative pressure levels of 755mm of a column of mercury, whish, together with the energetic mixing action of planetary blades, secure the total deaeration of the product in very short times.
• On mixers equipped with high speed disperser, the action of the impeller complements the effect produced by planetary blades, so that a shearing action is achieved with swiftly blades, so that a shearing action is achieved with swiftly incorporates solid products or ones that are hard to mix.
• At the same time, the action of the dispersion area, with the result that complete homogeneity is achieved in the product mass in the minium time.
