SMS/USSD based Recharge Solution

The recharge solution is used by business partner of mobile service provider to manage its recharge related business.

The system comprises of a real time message (SMS/USSD) based recharge server and CRM module.

The SERVER is connected to the SMS/USSD gateway of the mobile service provider using SMPP protocol and provides the following functionalities:

1. Receiving recharge request for the mobile device of the agent or sub agent of business partner
2. Authenticating the message
3. Credit checking for distributor and reseller
4. Sending the recharge request to the Mobile service provider's system to carry out the recharging
5. Inserting an entry into the data base for the recharge request processed
6. Update the credit balance
7. Sending SMS to the recharge request initiator (agents under business partner)
8. Receiving the status of recharge from the Mobile service provider's system
9. Updating the status of the recharge request

The extended version of the SERVER facilitates payment realization through credit card and bank account

The CRM module is a web based application operating on the recharge server data base and having the following functionalities:

1. It can register agents
2. It can manage credit facilities
3. It can generate report on business generated by agents under business partner
4. It can generate report on credit status
5. It can generate report on a specific recharge request
6. In case recharge is unsuccessful, operator can reverse the charge deducted for the same.
