Romarigo, doc red has been carefully produced not only in its quality but carefully thought image. This wine is appropriate to accompany any occasion be it smart or casual. Wine: Wine from the douro valley. Climate: Micro climate specific to the region. Soil: Slate. Variety: Touriga franca, tinta roriz and tinta barroca. Vinification: Produced through the method of "curtimenta" (fermentation in the presence the grapes) in traditional granite lagers pressed by foot at a controlled fermentation temperature. Tasting: Ruby in colour, lightly fruited, wild berries and a somewhat herbal nose, smooth and pleasant taste, clean and rounded off tannins with a persistent end in the mouth. Serve with light meat dishes. It is recommended to serve this wine at room temperature.
