Oil Smell or Fragrance: Fruity, fresh, as green olive. Oil Taste: This oil is made from 70/80% arbequina, so it tastes as bananas and apples, as the kind of fruit, which is greenish, that we use. It also has a high green note. It is herbal, resembling fresh, green herbs. Variety of Olives Used: Arbequina 70/80%, medium sized olives 15%, farga, arauco, ascolana, nevadillo, frantolo, the rest. Olives Harvest Season: It is an early crop. We begin as soon as the olives start coloring on the plant.
