5) It is possible to get the oil from the pressing of the cold raw materials.
6) Highest oil extraction rate up to 70 %( Coconut Crude Oil) at proper conditions.
7) Very low operational and maintenance cost.

3. Production System
1) Oil Extraction System with Compressed Screw Type: The compressed screw and lattice bearing are specially designed and made of the special material to attain the uppermost extraction rate. It is easy to clean inside the cylinder through easily disassembling the screw unit.
2) Control Panel: Easy operation by compact design. Automatic temperature controller.
3) Oil Filter Unit: Eliminate most of particles from expelled oil through the 2nd step filtering unit. (1st: SUS mesh filter,2nd: U-type of the filtering tank).
4) Oil Cake Storage Tank: Oil cake is automatically slid and storage to the oil cake tank after finished extraction.
5) Movable Caster: Easily move the working area with four heavy duty casters.
6) Cylinder Heating System: Maximize the extraction rate by the preheating effect of raw material. The temperature set by dial is automatically controlled by the temperature deviation indicating type controller.
7) Raw Material Supply Unit (Option): Supply unit for the wet type raw material like coconut fresh meat
For virgin oil production. Use powerful geared motor and feed screw. The supply speed can be changed due to the raw material by the speed controller.
