The GemiFill GR-R gravimetric operated filling machine is developed for filling multiple products.
Up to eg 16 different products can be connected.
The machine is suitable for handling all kind of chemical fluids like paint & coatings, solvents (eg 100% white spirit, MEK etc.) , cleaning products etc.
Typical features of a Gemifill GR-R filling installation:
- 2-Step filling process (coarse and fine flow) of single ingredients or formulations (max. Number of individual components depends on the smallest can / bucket size) .
- Product feed by means of a pump or based on gravity.
- Batch controller with self-learning parameters (e. G. Coarse and fine flow shutoff points, weighing tolerances etc.)
- Stepless electric height adjustment (Y direction) with push button on the switch board enables fillings in cans, drums & containers with different heights.
- Stepless pneumatic adjustment in X & Z direction makes it possible to fill e. G. 4 cans that are placed on a pallet.
- Up to 3 scales in the range between 15 & 6. 000 KG can be connected to the system.
- Non-explosion proof as well as explosion proof executed.
