Main construction is in AISI 316 quality stainless steel, supported with U shaped reinforcement profiles.

Machine control system is completely PLC control which has the function of determining process variables just on time with high sensitivity, full automatic working and also continous working without manual interference.
High security system is provided with electromechanical devices.
High Pressure hank dyeing machine is for processing high quality mercerised cotton, yarns in wool,
HB acrylic, cashmere, mohair and blends. It is possible to keep the liquor ratio constant even if the machine loaded partially.
Pressurization by air cushion system eliminates continuous external liquor circulation in a lateral expansion tank with advantages of steady liquor temperature, saving of electricity, steam, cooling water.
The static pressure obtained thanks to air pad pressurization system.
The machine is set up at floor level without foundations, allowing a rapid and easy installation.
