The DC-202 CCS introduces a catalyst into the air intake of a diesel engine reducing emissions and lowering fuel consumption by 10-20% . This unit works on any single turbo engine burning 13-24 gallons per hour. The engine requires one system for every turbo to be effective. Any engine burning more than 24 gal / HR will require a number of systems to cover the amount of fuel burned. 
The catalyst causes the oxygen to burn at lower temperatures allowing more fuel to be burnt in the power stroke and less smoldering in the exhaust stroke. This results in better combustion efficiency and lower particulate emissions. Because there is less smoldering on the exhaust stroke, the NOx is also reduced. 
Installation takes less than 2 hours and the catalyst bottles must be replaced every 400 hours of operation.
