- Chocolate mixer comprises a rigid frame which supports a stainless steel mixing vessel
- Arranged for low pressure water heating or cooling. 
- A special housing contains the outlet screen and fitted to the bottom of the vessel (All is stainless steel. ) 
- The outlet of the housing is connected to a hand operated 2 way valve and circulation pump.  (stainless steel) 
- The machine is also provided with jacketed pipelines and a hand-operated 3 way valve for circulation and discharge purposes. 
- The agitator is driven by an electric geared motor trough a tooth belt (power transmission belt. ) 
- Electrical panel is stainless steel frame. 
- Level control for water inside the vessel. 
- Discharge for hot water. 
- Tank Capacity 500 KG, net chocolate capacity 350 KG / batch
- It has 600 KG round balls. 
- Makes 20-25 microns in diameter chocolate. 
- It is ball system. It is works easily to produce chocolate. 
- Total Energy 30 kwh. 
- Using a fan the smell of chocolate is fanned out of the machine.
