The VTV-9000 mini was developed in response to user needs for a compact system while providing maximum performance in the field. 

It is a high-speed, high performance space-saving processing machine vision.

64% less volume compared to existing products

The VTV-9000 mini is approximately 1/3 the size of the company’s smallest existing product VTV-9000N.  The size of its chassis is 255mm (W) x 175mm (D) x 80mm (H), 36% in volume compared to the VTV-9000N.

It can be installed either vertically or horizontally and has a size equivalent to a thick B5-sized file, allowing you to save space.

High processing performance

Supports up to 4 camera connections in spite of its compact size

While being very compact, the VTV-9000 mini provides high processing performance, a key feature of our company’s products.  It has sufficient processing power to support 4 cameras with a resolution of 5 million pixels.

In addition, it uses the world standard COM Express interface, allowing you to use the latest CPU board.

It is designed so that it can be used over the medium to long term without its hardware becoming obsolete.

It is highly compatible with the company’s intuitive software, and offers an easy migration path from existing VTV-9000 series systems.

A highly robust OS

Windows XP Embedded (XPe) was used for the OS.

Windows XPe’s Enhanced Write Filter prevents data from being written to the CF card and thereby protects the OS.

A custom chassis was used so that the minimum necessary components and rotary drive parts are included.

It provides a highly robust system by minimizing the causes of failure.

A highly versatile robust chassis

The internal structure of the custom chassis was designed in detail up to the screws, to provide an efficient system that does not include any unnecessary components.  All ports are located at the front of the unit, and the connection status can be grasped in a glance.

It has a high maintainability, and can be used over the mid to long term.

4 models are available: Camera 2CH, Camera 4CH, HDD (160GB), and SSD (32GB).  The Camera 2CH model is a highly versatile system that offers an option to add cameras (up to 4CH).
