SurePrint Cartridge Centre's product promise is to provide our customers with a refilled or remanufactured cartridge which is guaranteed to produce 100% printing quality and yield.

We use only the highest quality inks, toners and components to recycle your cartridge. Each cartridge is then thoroughly tested and re-packaged in the SurePrint Cartridge brand.

If however you are not completely satisfied with our product then please return the cartridge to the store where purchased and we will offer the following:

 to troubleshoot and repair the cartridge;
 to offer a refilled/remanufactured replacement cartridge;
 full credit towards an OEM replacement cartridge; or
 your money back.
