Basic Introduction
UNITSTONE series Plasma was developed by UNITSTONE on the basis of international and domestic advance technology to meet the need of present market .The core CNC control system adopts advance double axis linkage CNC system, complete beeline and ARC interpolation function ,real time cutting path dynamic display .The auxiliary production software was imported from Lantek Spain .The drive device adopts Japan Mitsubishi AC servo motor and high precision beeline guide .All the electric parts was made from inner and outer famous brand .The precision of whole machine positioning and cutting speed is very high ,which was widely used in production of mild sheet , stainless steel and duct .The working efficiency is ten times higher than normal workmanship .It is an ideal cutting machine for sheet metal .

Main Machine Control System
The frame is of a steel welded construction, with a vibration treated roil to reduce internal stress, thus the frame is of good quality. X axis adopts high precision line cycle guide, Y axis adopts high precision line guide which reduces moving resistance. X and Y axis have been installed with high precision equipment, in order to guarantee two guide line tolerance of X axis less than +-0.05mm and vertical tolerance of X and Y axis less than +-0.05mm. The industrial operation system works in DOS either in English or Chinese, which can be changed easily. The maximum work-speed of X axis and Y axis is 8 m/min. The industrial computer uses standard CNC language and can be programmed.
