DSC-L adopts Japanese technics and is emulsified with  high grade solvent and manifold surfactant. The pioneer of emulsified transparent cleaner. Advantages:strong clean effect, small use quantity,no layer,stable quality,no damage to plate,long storage life and so on. Be used to wipe out dirtiness when plate surface appear dirtiness and pasting plate.

It is the most conventional white emulsion produced with  high grade solvent and manifold surfactant.

    Use method:

1.    put ps plate on machine→use cleaner to wash plate surface →run machine→coat ink

2.    when dirty→clean the dirty place with cleaner→wipe out ink with bubble dipping water→run machine→coat ink.

3.    when need save plate→take down ps plate and put on platform→wash ink on plate with cleaner→wipe out ink with dipping water bubble →coat gum solution thinly and evenly→store in shade to be standby.

    caution: 1. before using, wipe out the overfull water.

            2. wring to dry. Otherwise cleaner will be fixed overfull water,  .

               The cleaning effect will be reduced

4.    before running machine, wipe out ink on the plate surface

with bubble dipped water.

5. had better operate with drawing on glove..

       the product is developed in Japaness specially for UV ink press. It is very difficult to clean UV ink, after using DSUV,UV ink can be dissolved and wiped out easily.at the same time,reduce the sensitivity to resin of non-image place of ps plate,thats to say, enhance the hydrophile capability of ps plate blank space.
