A new generation of humanized high performance saddle stitching equipment with high productivity, high speed
and high stabilization LQD10 Combined Saddle Stitching Line produced by Beiren Group Co. with a complete import
of its advanced technology from Japan is a new generation of humanized high performance saddle stitching equipment
with high productivity, high production speed and high stabilization.
High productivity: To maximize its productivity this stitching line employs from its section collating, stitching to trimming
five means of detection i.e. to guard against wrong section (by photoelectric arrangement), missing section, slant section
or stitch missing as well as a thickness checking all of which effectively prevent principal faults from occurrence for
maximum productivity.
High production speed: A specially designed dual-drive stitching unit that is good for high speed stitching operation
together with a unique signature separating unit, allowing for 11000cph.
High stabilization: Stable running of the machine is ensured by key parts are from renowned world brands, e.g. the
stitching head from Hohner, Germany and is further enhanced by a tight control in its part and component machining

Humanized design: Its unique structure offers easy and fast setting and operation control through its color touch

Construction features
1. Section feeder:
* Two ways of section separation, one is done by vacuum and the other by grippers.
* Air flow regulation and the section stopper setting are done non-stop on its outside.
* A photoelectric detector on the signature table tracks and shows wrong signatures and rejects them without stitching.
2. Stitcher:
* Up to four standard stitching heads from Hohner, Germany applicable
* Digital calipers for thickness control can reject missing or multi signatures without stitching
* To check and reject books which are missed in stitching with preset set number of stitches to go by.
3. Three-knife trimmer:
* Cutting size and pressure can be set with a external hand-wheel with a scale
* With jam limit function shown by alarming lights
* The frame of the three-knife trimmer is a single piece cast of high number nodular iron with good rigidity and high
strength to ensure its high speed trimming operation.
