l   Structure of the machine in steel plates and welded profiles. Directly assembled to the translation trucks, by means of treated supporting beams, in order to allow the loads distribution without bucklings. All supporting faces of the reduction gears and of the mechanical devices are machined.

l   Translation trucks with wheels in heat-treated steel.

l   Driving wheels complete with electric motor and tight reduction gear running in an oil bath.

l   Cleaning device of the rails on both sides of the truck.

l   Chain with treated steel links.

l   Chain sliding guides protected by interchangeable anti-wear steel elements.

l   Screw device for the chain tension adjustment, independent from the boom inclination.

l   Steel plate buckets strengthened in the teeth junction points and in the towing points. The buckets form is studied for obtaining the total unloading of the material, even if it is very sticky.

l   Buckets teeth of alloyed steel and easily replaceable.

l   Special buckets cleaning device, assembled at the unloading head.

l   Towing steel shaft supported by radial rotary tight bearings with double row of rollers, with drive bushing.

l   Idle steel shaft, supported by radial rotary tight bearings with double row of rollers, with drive bushing.

l   Hexagonal towing disks of the chain with steel teeth.

l   Epicyclical reduction gear with cemented and rectified gears, rolling in oil bath, for operation of the buckets towing shaft.

l   Ropes winch with grooved drum, complete with reduction gear and electric motor brake.

l   Shut command cabin to contain the power cabinets and control bench.
