This sawblade is mainly featured by the high quality TCT teeth(K20 equivalent) and heat-treated SK5 or AISI C1066 plate , CNC teeth & plate grinding, and strict DIN tolerance standard.
The combination patern of ATB teeth followed by a flat raker tooth is designed for mixed ripping and cross-cutting operation.The large gullets between the sets of teeth facilitate effective chipping and clearance.
Theoretically, all machined products requires special processes for reducing their residual internal stress to improve the performance and prolong the life. This sawblade is treated with heat & vibratory tresss relief process, dynamic balancing process and straightening process to optimize the performance and prolong the life of the sawblade.
Strictly conforming to DIN stardands, both static and dynamic balance, longer tool life of the saw blade are better secured.
