l          Description:

Printing substrate:
applying to the printing of transfer aluminium paper, high-grade dowling paper, artpaper, synthetic paper and other paper materials.
Printing way:
being applicable to planography, rotary offset printing or resin letterpress printing.
Typical features of printing:
good flexility, anti-detonating quality and high transparency

        Reference Color and Durability:

Remarks: * indicates the lightfastness grade of printing materials will obviously become worse if meeintg rainwater erosion. Lightfastness: 8 grades between strongest 8-weak 1 Others: 5 grades between strongest 5-weak 1

l          Notice for Usage
1.About printing materials
Hectograph: can directly use negative PS plate or UV ink use positive PS plate; it must experience casting plate processing if using ordinary positive PS plate.
Resin letterpress printing: please use nylon resin letterpress.
2.Rubber roller: advising to use UV special rubber roller or the dual purpose rubber roller of ordinary offset ink and UV ink.
3.Mackintosh: being applicable to both ordinary offset ink and UV ink.
4.Smooth version liquid medicine: can be generally used for those sold in markets, but the smooth curtain version liquid medicine that includes mass gum Arabic is unable to be used.
5.Cleaning liquid
Cleaning plate: using UV forme cleaning agent
Cleaning rubber roller: using UV818 cleaning agent
6.Printing ink adjuvant and usage limit
Metalliized-paper varnish UVJ-1000 0%-5%, reduces ink stickiness and increases ink fluidity
colour-thinner UVJ-2000 0%-15%,reduces ink stickiness and increases ink fluidity
Viscosity depressant UVJ-8000 0%-20%,reduces ink stickiness and keeps ink glue flexibility well.
7.Preserving condition: airtight preservation at shady and dry indoors by avoiding over 30 room temperature or daylight point-blank place.
8.Adhesiveness: different kinds of paper results in different adhesive force, specially the non-absorbing paper kinds (as metal foil paper, synthetic paper, high-grade dowling paper,PP, PVC, etc.) can bring loose adhesion. So please use adhesive tape to check the ink adhesive condition and choose appropriate UV ink before printing formally.
9.Postprocessing performance: sometimes postprocessing such as gluing, tectorial membrane and bronzing are being required to take after printing ink, thus choosing proper gluewater, filming and bronzing materials is necessary here. Then its better to do the printing formally after the test.
10.Safety performance: Do not adhere the ink to clothing or skin for a long time because it can result in allergic condition. Please attention to protect while using it and clean timely after using.
