Sandwich structure which made of half-stiff polyurethane sheet ,chopped glass fiber, glue powder,non-woven fabric and glue film.
Specification:
PU composite sheet can be supplied up to a maximum width of 1700mm, the length is limited to 3500mm, thickness is in the range of 2mm-15mm, the standard range of density is 750g/m2-1300g/m2, but the maximum one can up to 1800g/m2. Although standard sizes do exist, the sheets can delivered to customers according to the specifications.
Property:
Very light weight. The weight per unit area of the polyurethane composite is only 750g-1300g.
Very high flexural rigidity. Separation of the surface skins enhances flexural rigidity.
Excellent heat-insulation and sound absorption characteristics.
