1.FD
The short of frozen dried. FD series products refer to the vegetable, mushroom and fruits dehydrated by frozen drying process technics.
The FD product is processed by puting the pretreated vegetabel, mushroom or fruits in a minus 20 and vacuum surrounding, then the moisture in the product would turn into vapour then be dehydrated.
2.Features of FD products
1. Dehydrated at a low temperature, protect the vitamins and protein from being destoried by heat treatment, the aroma and flavor release less at a low temperature.
2. The moisture is dehydrated in the form of vapour, remain the nutrition contents dissolve in the moisture.
3. FD product has loosen small hole structure, the cell structure remains in good condition. When add water, the quality would come back easily.
4. The storage condition is simple. Normal temperature and airproof condition would be OK. It is fit for transportation.
5. No food additives, Green food and environmental.
