Even if curved or being out of shape, it wont break. When processing a piece of pipe whose outer diameter is more than 32mm, usually the lengths of dimensioning ruler are 3, 6 or 9 meters long; when the pipes diameter is less than 32mm, the pipes can be twined into coils, and lengths of dimensioning ruler are 50, 100, 150 and 200m. Because of this good characteristic, a lot of joints are no longer necessary to be used in the pipe system. A good pliability and Toughness also makes the pipes applicable to any topography, so that when earthquake or non-well-distributed settling of earth happens, the pipes wont break due to its characteristics of earthquake resistance. Also thanks to its characteristics of curving, the pipes can be installed avoiding obstacles and meanwhile, avoiding adding of joints.

Good characteristics of Erode Resistance. Our PE pipes are capable to stand corroding of various kinds of chemical medias, as well as electro-chemical corroding. Therefore, when bury a set of PE Gas pipe system, normal protection and negative pole protection are no longer necessary, and the pipes will be safely used for more than 50 years under temperature ranging from 20 to 40 Centigrade Degree. Its service life is more than two times of that of steel pipes.

Our distinctive connecting methods of electro-fusing and fusing welding will guarantee reliability and seamless of the pipe system, and reduce maintaining even without any need of repairing. Welding technical method is so easy to be handled, that it brings faster building speed, less work on excavating, better function of sealing, and lower rate of gas permeating. The Fracture Elongating Rate of Our PE gas pipes is 15 to 30 times of that of steel pipes.

Smooth inner surface and extremely lower coefficient of friction raises flow-speed of medias and flow volume. With good characteristics of wear-resistance,our products has stronger capacity of gas transportation that compared with metal pipes, it can transport larger volume of gas, save motive force and increase cost of gas supply.

Its very easy to be processed and installed with lower cost. Using this product can save project investment at 1/3 or so.
