Features:
1 - Functions to produce both flat and stepped IG units

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Engineering service and technical support
Our engineers are able to visit the customer's factory for machine installation, training and technical support services. As practice, the following expenditures are on buyer's account: round-trip ticket, accommodation, service fee at USD40.00/Day.person
2. Guarantee
Warranty period: 13 months from the shipping date in China.
Covered: If parts are defective during the guarantee period, we will replace them at free, but customers should pay the shipping cost of sending the defective parts to us.
Two kinds of defective parts are excluded from the guarantee: Parts damaged due to fault of the operators. Consumptive parts ----We will make a list for all the consumptive parts for customer. We will not be held responsible for damages or problems caused by shipping, but we will guarantee the good package for machines to suit shipment.
3. Spare parts inventory
We have packing lists for every machine, which include some spare parts together with the machine.
We provide a consumptive parts list for each machine we supplied, which recommends the spare parts you need to buy additionally.
