This assembly line is used for spray lacquer and blast on the PU leather which is produced by Wet PU leather manufacturing Line.
Functions:
1. World famous brand programmable controller (PLC) is adopted, some parameters can be changed conveniently according to user's demands.
2. Using computer-controlled positioning control, leather eliminate transmission speed fluctuations on the accuracy of spraying.
3. Leather computer can shape and pre-set requirements for automatic spraying, and have the following functions: A .Continual spraying or point spraying selection; B. Two semi-are spraying selection; C. One or more spray guns stopping spraying selection; D. Spraying leather areas display; E .Linear velocity and rotating speed display; F. Troubles examined by PC itself.
4. The drying chamber is heated by steam and equipped with air blowing cycling system, temperature rises quickly and heat 10ss is minimized.
5. Using wire transmission, long service life, and not sticky paste, silk or nylon thread transmission can be equipped with water hao to Justice system.
