Production Technique
Aluminum silicate fiberized wool:it is manufactured with natural fine quality flint clay or artificial composite ingredient (alumina powder,silicon dioxide and zircon sand) through resistance melting and fiberizing in high speed centrifugal machine.
Aluminum silicate fiberized wool needled blanket: it is manufactured through adding an amount of auxiliary materials in the process of fiberizing and through fabricking sedimentation,trimming, meedling(reinforcing the fibers through needing, hitching the fibers to form a soft blanket product), high temperature shape setting, lengthwise and crosswise cutting , weighing and packaging. The double side needling technique of our company has made the quality of our products far above common needled felt.

4Wall lining of high temperature reactors and heaters in the chemical industry.
5Wall lining of high temperature piping, irregular piping and industrial furnace. Thermal insulation for eliminating stress in welded work pieces and irregular metal castings.Heat insulation for top cover of furnace doors.
6Used for fireproof roll curtains and fire doors in the building industry .
