Performance and Characteristics
a. The main motor adopts high-efficiency single-screw extruder and specially-designed barriers BM screw, which has ensured the materials melted adequately and increased the extruding output multiply.
b. It can be equipped with imported computer control system; the temperature is controlled in module; HMI screen control operation and graphic display settings. These makes it simple and convenient, operate freely and precisely and reliable.
c. The spiral splitting multi-extruding die, which is designed in optimization, can produce double-layer anti-aging and environmental underground water pipe.
d. Planets cutting, section formation, chamfer norms and cleaning device can realize no litter cutting.
e. The stacking device is controlled pneumatically.
f. If changed part matching, it can be used to produce ordinary large diameter PE pipe and gas pipe.
