1. Lock the door when power isoff: this is our patent technology which can lock the opening door when poweris off and neednt open the lock manually when power comes again. When the doormoves to the closing position, the lock can open automatically and all theoperation can get normal. 

2. Rolling code remote control:adopt professional rolling demoding circuit, no same codes, prevent stealingand high security.

3.Movement memory and softopening and closingControlled by microcomputer and needntmovement switch. The soft opening and closing can decrease the impact to thedoor and prolong its service life.

4. Self-checking:S60 willcheck the load force of the door opening/closing, it is unnecessary to do it manually,but manually is optional.

5. S60 can close the door automatically after a while whenthe door is at the opening position. The time can be set from 25 Seconds to 9minutes and also this function can be forbidden to act.

6. Alarm: S60 has connecting port to alarm device, the alarm device will act when the door is openedabnormally.

7.Easy operation: owners can usethe LBD and nixie tube to adjust the parameter easily.By press theremotes button two times Self-checking could be finished and S60 will beavailable at once after that.

8. Fault self-checking: S60 willself-check when it is under operating, if there is fault the code will beshowed on the LED. It is convenient for adjusting and maintaining
