Our factory, founded in 1997, is a specialized manufacturer of aluminum-cast steel,
cast iron, cast copper , welded connections , and granite and marble products.
Located in the port city of Qingdao, Shandong Province, we are only 30 kilometers
away from the Liuting International Airport and 50 kilometers from an export
harbor. Due to these convenient transportation factors, we can offer rapid shipping
of products to buyers.
With our headquarters covering an area of 5,000 square meters, including workshops
with a floor space of 2,000 square meters, we are equipped with advanced technologies
and professional production techniques. Currently, our facilities include
furnaces and machineries for non-ferrous smelting, high- and low-pressure casting,
metallic gravity casting, and so on.
In addition, we have also built up specialized capabilities for heat treatment, shot
blasting, polishing, vibration polishing, acid cleaning, painting and dressing,
metal working, impact extrusion and vulcanization of rubber. These processes
are conducted under stringent QC supervision, and are complemented by instruments
for physical and chemical inspection of aluminum alloys, finished products'corrosion
resistance properties, and water resistance of paints and coatings.
