1.      Hydraulic pumping system

The open loop hydraulic system is equipped with relief valves protect against overload and all of the elements of the system are imported from Germany. The concrete pumping cylinder and S-valve tilting cylinder are supplied with oil by a variable pump with constant power. The concrete pumping speed (concrete output ), namely the piston operation cycles can be controlled by adjusting either the engine rpm or the drive pump output.

2.      Operation system

The pumping system, boom distributor and outrigger system are flexibly operated in accordance with the manual and mechanical engineering principles. The pumping and outrigger system are manual, electrical and hydraulic operated. The spread, retract and slewing of the boom distributor elements are operated either manually or electrically. Electrical operation has same function for cable and radio, which could be selected in accordance with practical requirements.

3.      Boom distributor

Individual pipeline on boom arms and joints in turntable are made of fine-grain and highly wear resistant steel, connected with high grade forged couplings, which made the distributor possible to reach the optimum position. All of the boom elements are hydraulically operated and the cylinder are equipped with locking valve and safety valve to prevent the boom from declining when the hydraulic pipeline leaking and protect against overload.

4.      Outrigger system

The outrigger cylinders are protected via pilot controlled check valves. The advanced arrangement of the outriggers at the boom-base guarantees great stability. 

5.      Cleaning system

Both the capacity of the water tank and the pressure of the water pump can meet with the maintenance requirements after pumping.
