This machine is for spraying food grade oil onto the top and bottom of the baked biscuits. It uses centrifugal discs to spray the oil. The volume of spraying oil and oil temperature may be adjusted to the users need. It is also equipped with a mist filter system to collect all the excessive oil back to the unit. This machine can provide the perfect oil spraying effect with no oil mist pollution around the production site area.

Basic model: Complete with single oil pump to transfer the oil to the several discs. The oil feeding and spraying to each disc may be adjusted by using the individual manual control valve. Simple structure and economical.
