1 Weft insertion: Using high precision matched cam mechanism and optimum design of the cam configuration, so as to reach reasonable movement of the rapier head. Keep steady tension in weft yarns during high speed running and gain reliable weft transfer.
2 weft selection: Using electronic weft selection system, max. color 8. The signal of weft selection is introduced by electronic box or electronic jacquard.

4 Let-off: Using advanced electronic let-off system to control both of the ground and pile warp yarns, automatic search shed. Can meet the special requirements of the terry towel fabrics.

3 the control of let-off: the speed of let-off motor is controlled by warp yarn tension
4 the control of take-up weft densities: the weft densities procedure in advance controls .the speed of take-up motor.
5 electronic control box: using PLC programmable controller to realize electronic lot-off, electronic weft color, electronic take-up , electronic dobby, warp stop motion, weft stop motion, automatic transfer of terry loop and plain weaving, complete control of various stop position. All the parameters can be set or modified on the computer interface.
