Diode Laser Marking machine

  Diode Side-Pump Laser Marking takes the diode laser equipment array as the pumping source. Nb:YAG crystal produces a great large of particles which can release 1064nm great impulse laser in the resonant cavity under the control of the acoustic-optical switch. As a scan motor, high speed scanner can be formed scanning peak with lens. The laser beam can focus on the workpieces surface with computer control, and then produces the high temperature more than 10000 degrees which can cause the oxidization and gasification on the workpiece instantly. Thus the laser-burned mark is forever kept.
As the new generation pumping source for laser, it replaces Kr lamp and brings in the higher efficiency, smaller volume and longer life. Its quite applicable to continuous processes in such production lines as electron, instrument, glasses, cellular phone accessories, ABS material, precise devices and the others.
