1stly,the vessel is designed according to Japanese techonoly.It can be supplied for loading 3 kinds of chemisty vessel, Methanol,honey and vegetable oil. And this tanker could be loaded for 2 kinds of cargo oil at the same time,as it has 2 pump buckets for 750m3 volume.The heating system for cargo cabin used unstainless steel tube instead of seamless tube, which do not need service.
2ndly,the main engin is made in ShanXi, it has global service net. The engin outfitted with oil-mist alarm system,and the flown line of the cargo oil tank setted up with hydraulic-pressure controlled system,which could be more convinient and man-power saved.In addition,the vessel has steam reclaim system as the Europe techonic required, to make the vessel to be more safety.
3rdly,the tanker also has bowthruster with it,so the tanker could be operated more easily and it can even be in / out shore automatically.We also have stronged the ice zone requirement to be more safety navigation.
Finally,considering the life safety of all sailors,we have settled gangway bridge at the area of the cargo oil tank from the poop deck to the forecastle deck.When the sailors operating in that area,they can go through by the bridge safely and easily. Even the whole vessel has settled auto-alarm system and advanced navigation equipements from Japan.
