1)This Nautical Clinometer has a low friction weighted movement (no fluid or bubble)that indicates the angle of heel to 1degree accuracy over a +/- 50 degree range. All parts of movement are made of brass, and the axis is fixed within a rolling bearing, that provides the clinometer's accuracy.
2)Case is made of brass, the opening port is made of high quality alloy. Both of them are polished by hand carefully and with double plating - zirconium plating based on chromium plating. This finish can stand up to tough outdoor conditions and will never tarnish or discolor.
3)The dial is light silver gray with black numerals.
