< Product Description >
1. Lower antigen and lower anti-nutritional factors.
2. Trypsin inhibitor, agglutinin in soybean meal are destructed by fermentation process, and the macromolecules nutrients such as proteins are decomposed by the microbial enzymes. Consequently, a number of bioactive oligopeptides are also produced.
3. The product(EPEP) contains abundant oligopeptides and amino acids and provides adequate nutrition for gastrointestinal tract health. The oligopeptides in the product have approximate 30% of total protein, and above 95% of protein digestibility, therefore, it extremely increases the utilization rate of proteins.
<The Characteristics of the Product>
1. Substrates (raw materials):Soybean meal, molasses, salts, and micronutritients.
2. Strains of culture: Bacillus natto, Rhizopus oligosporus, yeasts(Saccharomyces spp.) and lactic acid bacteria(Lactobacillus acidophilus).
3. It has higher level of bioactivity and higher content of immune active oligopeptides.
4. It contains a large number of bioactive probiotic organisms.
5. It can reduce antigenicity and allergicity.
